Located in Wigston, Leicestershire, Amberwood Care Home was founded by John and Margaret Ford over 30 years ago, motivated by a shared passion for providing exceptional elderly care. As a family-run establishment, our story is one of dedication and love. John and Margaret's daughter, Katie, an experienced nurse, now leads the team, ensuring that Amberwood remains a place where family values and professional care go hand in hand. Our journey has always been about creating a true sense of home for our residents, a place where they feel valued and cherished.
